Defined by versatile cable training and a compact wall-mounted design, this space-saving system brings smooth performance to targeted strength and accessory workouts.

The Element Oxion 1 Pro pairs an adjustable pivot arm with a compact footprint. Move between accessory exercises with flexible training angles and organized attachment storage, all in a setup that fits alongside your existing equipment.

Switchable 1:1 & 2:1 Resistance

Change the cable ratio with a turn of the selector.

Choose 1:1 for heavier pulls or 2:1 for greater cable travel during functional movements. Each 200 lb stack provides up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 or 100 lb at 2:1.

VARIABLE FORCE SYSTEM

The ultra-fast resistance switching design enables rapid transitions between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, delivering up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 and 100 lb at 2:1 from a 200 lb weight stack.

PIVOT ARM

With 6 vertical adjustment levels from -36° to 54° and 9 horizontal settings from -90° to 90°, the swing arm supports precise positioning across the full training plane to align the resistance path with each movement.

FOOTREST BAR

The 6-position adjustable footrest bar features a quick-adjust knob to provide precise training angles without requiring any parts to be disassembled.
