Hi,How accurate is the 100lb maximum weight limit? I have a 110lb heavy bag and am not sure if the additional 10lbs will result in the stand breaking after a few uses or if the 100lb limit is more of a general recommendation. Thanks!

The Fitness Factory

It is a rating for liability purposes. Many have used it for 125 lbs Muay Thai bags without any issues.

Hello, i'd like to know if I need to put weights to stabilize this punching bag stand with a 100 lbs punching bag? I'm thinking of being this stand for my house

The Fitness Factory

It is a relatively heavy commercial stand. It does not shake al that much. You can also bolt it to the floor if you needed to or a lot of bags have hooks underneath it. You can connect the bag with a bungee cord to the stand to reduce movement of the bag.

My basement is 7 ft high. can this 522CBHS stand be adjusted.

The Fitness Factory

It comes standard at this height. Only a customization would reduce the height.
