XM Fitness Black Power Sled

Push sleds are not intended to be used on rubber. Rubber is a grip material and nothing except sleds with wheels will work on it. You need a smooth surface such as turf, carpet or concrete.

This sled is for Olympic Plates only. You would have to customize a 1" weight peg yourself as all sleds are intended for 2" olympic plates.

This uses olympic 2 plates. Normally sleds are only intended to be used with olympic plates.

Yes it is BUT remember its is gravel directly scraping against metal. It will wear. If you are using it on asphalt, we strongly recommend the XM Professional Sled that has replaceable skis so it wont have metal to asphalt contact. https://traadmillfactory.com/products/xm-fitness-professional-driving-power-sled-red
